Troubleshooting:

All videos are thoroughly tested before being sent out. If experiencing issues, it is likely an issue with your internet connection or if downloaded, the software you are using.

We recommend the use of Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox to view and download the footage. Internet explorer can cause issues with video playback on older versions.

If you are experiencing playback issues once you have downloaded your file, we highly recommend VLC Media player if you are not already using it. VLC is a very popular and free alternate to Windows Media Player and QuickTime. It can be downloaded at http://www.videolan.org/vlc/index.html. (Please note: BPA has no affiliation with VLC).
